Though the Conservatives have sometimes struggled to build support in cultural communities, Pierre Poilievre has led an effort to diversify his team's gender and ethnic mix. This is my piece and I encourage you to read it but here's one stat: Since Poilievre became leader the number of Conservative MPs who are visible minorities has nearly doubled: From 5 to 8 -- out of 117 MPs.  [Global]
