Second golfer struck by lightning on Kanata golf course has died
The Office of the Chief Coroner of Ontario confirmed it's investigating the death of Justin Newsom. He was at Loch March Gold & Country Club on June 26 when he was struck, along with Jesse Hawkins. I think we gave Justin his first job on Parliament Hill when I headed the Parliament Hill bureau at Sun News Network. One of the most pleasant individuals I ever had the pleasure to work with.
